10 oz canned chicken 1 jumbo egg 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese 3-4 TBSP Low carb per serving pizza sauce Few handfuls of Cheese
Drain chicken, and bake on cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
Mix egg, cheese, and chicken in bowl.
Shape crust, and bake for an additional 10 minutes at 500 degrees.
Add sauce, cheese, any toppings you may like, and bake for 6-10 more minutes.
Approx 2-3 net carbs before any toppings are added.
Note: I may have overdone it with the toppings on this one, but it was still unreal!
