Super simple keto dipping sauces : ketorecipes


I find a lack of flavorful Keto sauces a problem. Most ketchup, bbq sauce, and honey mustard are all packed with sugar. I came up with a couple sauces that are super flavorful and have very low carbs. I apologize in advance for these being absurdly simple.

The first:

  • 2 parts real mayo

  • 1 part soy sauce

  • Whisk until smooth

It’s a great sauce for almost anything. It’s rich and salty. I eat it with steak, chicken, and veggies. Soy sauce has 3 carbs per tablespoon. So I usually use less than a full tablespoon for a single serving.

The second:

  • 3 parts real mayo

  • 1 part pickle juice

  • 1 part Tabasco

  • Whisk until smooth

This one takes like a spicy McDonald’s Big Mac sauce. This is great for burgers, meatloaf, or chicken tenders. Don’t knock the pickle juice, it adds a great flavor. This one truly has 0 carbs.
